What
You'll Do
As
a Part-Time Sales Manager at Sozoroad, you will
play a dual role—driving your own sales activities while also
overseeing and supporting a growing team of sales
representatives. You’ll handle outreach, lead generation, and
client engagement while ensuring that the team consistently
meets performance goals and maintains Sozoroad’s quality
standards.
- Conduct
outbound calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to generate
qualified leads and drive new business.
- Manage
and update client information in the CRM to ensure accurate
tracking and reporting.
- Qualify
prospects, schedule meetings or discovery calls, and follow up
to move opportunities through the pipeline.
- Support
and oversee a team of sales representatives, providing coaching,
guidance, and motivation to help them meet daily and monthly KPIs.
- Monitor
individual and team performance through CRM data, call tracking,
and reports, ensuring all sales activities are aligned with
company objectives.
- Oversee
the quality and consistency of lead generation and outreach
efforts across the team.
- Review
and refine outreach scripts, call templates, and email materials
to enhance conversion rates and engagement quality.
- Conduct
regular check-ins with team members, offering feedback and
identifying areas for improvement or skills development.
- Collaborate
with the marketing and operations teams to align campaigns,
outreach efforts, and client communication strategies.
- Assist
in onboarding and training new sales representatives to ensure
smooth integration into the team.
- Act
as the primary liaison between the sales team, management, and
clients—resolving issues quickly and maintaining professionalism
in all interactions.
- Maintain
organized records of leads, team activities, and outcomes for
performance tracking.
- Represent
Sozoroad with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a collaborative
spirit in all internal and client-facing engagements.

You
are a proactive and people-oriented sales professional who
thrives in both individual contributor and leadership roles.
You enjoy building client relationships, closing
opportunities, and guiding others to do the same. You are
organized, results-driven, and comfortable balancing
multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced
environment.
Requirements
Knowledge of the B2B or B2C/professional services market or willingness to learn.
A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is not required, but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business
development—preferably with experience mentoring or leading
others.
- Demonstrated
ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple
leads, follow-ups, and performance oversight.
- Familiarity
with CRM systems, lead management processes, and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent
interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong attention
to detail.
- Analytical
mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify
improvement areas.
- Self-motivated,
adaptable, and comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach.
- Ability
to handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive,
professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and
adjusting to shifting priorities.
